2 years in Madrid + 2 years in St. Louis, MO, USA.
Biomedical engineering is the application of engineering techniques and analyses to problem-solving in medicine and the biomedical sciences.
The SLU-Madrid biomedical engineering academic curricula are completely integrated with those of Parks College of the Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri. Students who begin the program at the Madrid Campus transfer to Parks College in St. Louis to complete their degrees. The primary aim of the University's trans-campus engineering programs is to educate students to become competent and disciplined engineering professionals. However, by studying for two years in Madrid, Spain, students have the opportunity to stand out as graduates with international experience and language skills.
The biomedical engineering curriculum offers considerable flexibility, allowing time for elective courses.
Our admission criteria are flexible in order to accommodate students coming from different educational systems.
Students who have completed their secondary education in the Spanish system must present their marks from the 3rd and 4th year of ESO as well as 1st and 2nd years of Bachillerato, and they must pass Selectividad. Additionally, we require an official academic English exam (TOEFL or IELTS).
If you have questions about the requirements for any specific educational system, please contact the Office of Admissions at: email@example.com.
